Alex is the number one ranked U20 100m sprinter in New Zealand with a blistering time of 10.96 seconds. He has once again been selected in the NZ U20 4x100 relay development squad, the aim of this squad is to qualify for either the 2020 and/or 2024 Olympics. Before that Alex aims to get in the top two of the Senior Boys 100m at the NZ Secondary Athletics Championships in Dunedin this December and win the U20 100m at the NZ National Championships in Christchurch in March 2019.
